We were delighted to welcome the amazing team from Tour de Manc to our Heald Green Hospice, where they presented us with a phenomenal £13,660.55 in support of our Build it Together new hospice appeal.
Co-founder Toby Rubins has a personal connection to St Ann’s, as his grandmother was cared for at our Little Hulton site.
Since becoming a headline charity partner in 2023, we’ve built a strong relationship with the entire Tour de Manc team, including co-founders and organisers Tony and Danny, who have become huge supporters of our hospice and our new build.
Team St Ann’s will be at both the start and finish lines at this year’s event, cheering on all cyclists, as well as managing a refreshment stop on the Classic Full Manc and Mad Manc routes.

Liz Greenwood, Capital Partnerships Fundraiser at St Ann’s Hospice said: “We’re hoping to have our biggest team yet taking part in the Tour de Manc. It’s a fantastic day, with everyone coming together to cheer on our cyclists. All money raised by our supporters goes directly to our Build it Together campaign, helping us fund the new hospice we so desperately need at our Heald Green site.”
We can’t wait to support the Tour de Manc team again this year at what promises to be another fantastic event!
